Development opportunities to deliver more than 30 dwellings for social housing.
Process
The Department of Communities is unable to directly procure development opportunity of more than 30 dwellings but can work in partnership with other government agencies such as DevelopmentWA with the respondents. If a proposal is valued more than $50 million, it is encouraged that the respondent submits its concept/proposal through the Western Australian Government’s Market-led Proposals.
