In addition to those specific callings listed in Subclause 7(a) this manual includes other callings determined by the Public Service Commission to be covered by Clause 7 of the Agreement.
The qualifications contained in this Manual are the minimum acceptable qualifications for appointment only. Where appropriate, departments may seek further qualifications and/or relevant experience when advertising positions.
