The amendment is shown on Western Australian Planning Commission plan number 3.2757 and is effective from the date of publication of this notice in the Government Gazette.
By virtue of section 126(1) of the Planning and Development Act 2005, the City of Kwinana Local Planning Scheme is amended to give effect to the reservation(s) included in MRS Amendment 1368/57.
Copies of the amendment and the accompanying report on submissions are available for public inspection from Tuesday, 8 February 2022 to Friday, 4 March 2022 at the:
