Submissions

Respectively, each paper considers the current effective status of applicable components of the WAPC’s Shark Bay Regional Strategy (1997) and Ningaloo Coast Regional Strategy Carnarvon to Exmouth (2004) in the context of the current planning framework applicable to their respective study areas.

The WAPC will consider all submissions received during this public comment period. This process will assist the WAPC in determining an appropriate course for reviewing the status of each respective strategy as policy positions of the Commission.

Submissions closed at 5pm on Friday 29 March 2019.
