Use this form to:
- cancel a transaction dated on or after 1 July 2008 that has not been and will not be carried into effect or
- terminate a transaction on relevant grounds if the transaction was a general conditional agreement.
Submit with this form the transaction record (e.g. contract for sale) and a completed Foreign Transfer Duty Declaration for each taxpayer.
