Overview of the CCA
The CCA provides a number of very important protections to head contractors, subcontractors and suppliers working in the building and construction industry to ensure cash flow. The CCA prohibits and modifies certain provisions in construction contracts and introduces a means for the rapid adjudication of payment disputes under construction contracts.
