Wage theft is the systematic and deliberate underpayment of wages or entitlements to a worker.
The process for seeking help or reporting wage theft is different depending on whether the business is in the state or national industrial relations systems.
This information assists Western Australian workers with how to:
- seek help with resolving an underpayment issue or unpaid annual or long service leave;
- report wage theft anonymously to the relevant government department; and
- seek help with unpaid superannuation.
