If you have gone through these steps and are unable to find the account, either you:
- don’t have an account with us;
- have not transacted with us; or
- accessed our online services using either your Digital Identity (such as myGovID), Facebook or Google accounts.
For privacy and security reasons, we cannot advise which sign in credentials you used to set up your My Account and we recommend you create a new My Account.
Note: If you elect to create a new My Account you will not be able to recover anything associated with the previous account until you locate the credentials you used.
