Building surveying practitioner - Reissue

For eligible persons whose previous registration has expired by more than six months and less than three years.

An eligible person means a person:

  • who was registered in Western Australia as a building surveying practitioner level 1 or level 2 at any time in the past three years; and
  • whose registration expired or was suspended or cancelled at the request of the person.

If you were registered as a building surveying practitioner in the past three years you will not need to provide evidence of your qualifications and experience to the Building Services Board. You will still need to demonstrate to the Board that you are suitable to be reissued and will need to complete the reissue application form. You must attach an original or certified copy of a current National Police Certificate to your application.

Note that if this application is approved you will be issued with a new registration number.
