Email signature block

Signature block instructions for Microsoft Outlook:

Download and save the Youth Week WA 2024 signature block, and follow the instructions below.

  1. Open new email 
  2. Select 'insert' > 'signatures' 
  3. Copy and paste the saved image into your signature block 
  4. Click on the image so dotted lines display around the edges
  5. Then right click and select the 'link' option
  6. Add hyperlink www.communities.wa.gov.au/youthweekwa into the address field and press 'ok'
  7. Press 'ok' to close your signature block box
  8. Create a new email to check the signature block is updated. When you hover over the image the hyperlink should appear.
