Invitation for submissions on changes to civil penalty provisions
On 18 April 2013, at the request of the Public Utilities Office (PUO), the IMO sought the views of interested parties on whether all of, or which of, the clauses contained within section 2.27 (as proposed to be amended by RC_2012_07) should be subject to category A civil penalties. The IMO received three submissions during the informal consultation period which closed on 1 May 2013.
Invitation for further submissions on changes to civil penalty provisions
On 27 February 2014, the IMO sought the views of interested parties as to which, if any, of clauses 2.27.1, 2.27.6, 2.27.10, 2.27.12, 2.27.13, 2.27.14, 2.27.15(e) and 2.27.15(g) should be subject to Category A civil penalty provisions. The IMO received one submission during the informal consultation period which closed on 28 March 2014.
