At its first meeting, held on 28 February 2007, the Market Advisory Committee (MAC) agreed to nominate a Working Group to develop a revised Reserve Capacity Refund mechanism. The Working Group was established in March 2007 and delivered its report to the MAC at the meeting on 9 May 2007.
