Rationale: The Wholesale Electricity Market Rules and the Gas Services Information Rules must reflect any rule changes approved by the Rule Change Panel (and those previously made by the Independent Market Operator); and any changes made by the Minister via publication in the Government Gazettes. There have been instances where the Minister has made changes to both sets of rules that were not accurately reflected in the rules, and have now been corrected.
