The Minister for Planning has approved, as modified, the abovementioned amendment to the Metropolitan Region Scheme (MRS). The amendment is shown on Western Australian Planning Commission Plan Number 3.2832/1 and is effective on and from the date of publication of this notice in the Government Gazette, being Friday 08 November 2024.
The amendment will transfer approximately 4.16 hectares of land in Coogee from the Railways and Primary Regional Roads reservations to the Parks and Recreation reservation under the MRS.
