Improving access to the Western Power network - Proposed Changes to the Electricity Networks Access Code

The Minister for Energy invites public comment on a package of changes to the Electricity Networks Access Code 2004 (the Access Code) and associated subsidiary documents.

Changes to the framework governing connection and access to the Western Power network are proposed to support the delivery of the Energy Transformation Strategy. The amendments include changes relating to the implementation of constrained network access in the South West Interconnected System, and bringing forward the recovery of Western Power’s deferred revenue from its second Access Arrangement.

Public comment on the proposed Access Code changes are invited and can be submitted in any of the following ways:
