Energy Policy WA’s final design for the Market Power Mitigation strategy in the Wholesale Electricity Market (Information Paper) has been released.
The Information Paper is designed to be read in conjunction with the Exposure Draft of the Market Power Mitigation Wholesale Electricity Market (WEM) Amending Rules (Exposure Draft), which have been released for consultation.
The Exposure Draft contains draft amendments to implement the final design for the Market Power Mitigation strategy in the Wholesale Electricity Market.

Stakeholders are invited to provide feedback on the exposure draft before 5:00pm, 8 December 2022 (AWST) by submitting comments to energymarkets@dmirs.wa.gov.au.
