EMRC's Licence Exemptions
EMRC’s licence exemptions are contained in clause 25 of the Electricity Industry Exemption Order 2005.
EMRC was granted distribution and retail license exemptions by the Governor under section 8 of the Electricity Industry Act 2004 in December 2016. The exemption can be found in the Electricity Industry Exemption Order 2005 on the Western Australian Legislation website.
EMRC’s licence exemption application was published in September 2016 for public comment. No submissions were received on the application.
