Under section 31(f) of the Education and Care Services National Law (Western Australia) (this is the Schedule of the Education and Care Services National Law (WA) Act 2012, per section 4 of the Act.), after a period of more than 12 months (including any period of suspension) the Regulatory Authority has the power to cancel a provider approval.
The Regulatory Authority has cancelled the listed provider approvals as the approved provider has not operated any education and care service for more than 12 months. In the future they may reapply for provider approval if they wish to do so
