Phoenix Energy Australia Pty Ltd made the application on behalf of Kwinana WTE Project Co Pty Ltd.
The public comment period closed on 3 January 2018. No submissions were received on the application.
Kwinana WTE Project Co Pty Ltd has now been granted a generation licence exemption by the Governor under section 8 of the Electricity Industry Act 2004. A current version of the exemption can be found in the Electricity Industry Exemption Order 2005 on the Western Australian Legislation website.
