Voltaic Energy Pty Ltd’s licence exemption
The Public Utilities Office advertised Voltaic Energy Pty Ltd’s licence exemption application for public comment on 5 September 2016. No submissions were received.
Voltaic Energy Pty Ltd has now been granted a retail licence exemption by the Governor under section 8 of the Electricity Industry Act 2004. A current version of the exemption can be found on the Western Australian Legislation website.
