Electricity retail licence exemption granted to Perdaman Advanced Energy Pty Ltd and PAE Northam Pty Ltd

On 11 January 2017, the Public Utilities Office sought public comment on an application from Perdaman Advanced Energy Pty Ltd and its subsidiary PAE Northam Pty Ltd for retail licence exemptions to sell electricity to customers through solar power purchase agreements.

The public comment period closed on 1 February 2017. No submissions were received on this application.

Perdaman Advanced Energy Pty Ltd and its subsidiary PAE Northam Pty Ltd have now been granted a retail licence exemption by the Governor under section 8 of the Electricity Industry Act 2004. A current version of the exemption can be found on the Western Australian Legislation website.
