Licence Exemptions
The public comment period closed on 29 June 2017. No submissions were received on the application.
Diamond Energy Asset Holdings Pty Ltd has now been granted a retail licence exemption by the Governor under section 8 of the Electricity Industry Act 2004. A current version of the exemption can be found on the Western Australian Legislation website.
