Youth Custodial Officers are part of a team, supervising and rehabilitating detainees at Banksia Hill.

The Department of Justice is looking for people with life experience, empathy and compassion.

You’ll be part of a team working alongside health, education, vocational and cultural professionals.

Successful applicants are paid to train at our Academy and on commencement, receive an attractive salary and benefits package which includes nine-weeks annual leave.
