A priority in the Family and Domestic Violence - System Reform Plan 2024 – 2029 is to develop a family and domestic violence Workforce Capability Framework to support a system-wide workforce.

The Department of Communities is seeking to engage a consultant to produce a Workforce Capability Framework. The framework will be a tool for building family and domestic violence capability in all workforces that intersect with family violence. It will describe the capabilities, knowledge and foundational skills needed to engage with and respond to victim-survivors, including children and young people and respond to perpetrators of family violence.
