Busselton Detectives have charged a man in relation to an incident in West Busselton on Wednesday 6 November 2024, in which another man was seriously injured.
About 11:35pm, police were called to Simon Street where a 38-year-old man was located on the front verge of a residence with life-threatening injuries.
The injured man was taken by St John WA to Bunbury Hospital, and has since been transferred by medical helicopter to Royal Perth Hospital.
As part of the ongoing investigation, a 38-year-old man was arrested at a residence in West Busselton this morning, Thursday 7 November 2024.
He has since been charged with:-
• 2 x Possess Prohibited Drug;
• 1 x Grievous Bodily Harm; and
• 1 x Threatened to Kill.
He was refused bail and is due to appear in the Bunbury Magistrates Court today, Friday 8 November 2024.
