Officers from the Major Crash Investigation Section are seeking the public’s assistance for information following a fatal crash that occurred in Warnbro on Friday, 14 November 2025.
About 5.10am, a white Toyota Hilux utility was travelling on Ennis Ave - just south of the intersection with Safety Bay Road - when the vehicle left the road and hit a tree.
The driver and sole occupant - a man believed to be in his 50s - sustained critical injuries in the crash and died at the scene.
Major Crash investigators are urging anyone who saw the crash, or the Toyota Hilux utility travelling in the area prior to the crash, to contact Crime Stoppers online at www.crimestopperswa.com.au or call 1800 333 000.
