Officers from the Major Crash Investigation Section are investigating a fatal crash that occurred in Carlisle on Saturday 19 October 2024.

About 5:10am, a white Holden Colorado utility left the road and crashed into the rear-wall of a home on Orrong Road (near Roberts Road).

A 34-year-old male and two 22-year-old males who were all passengers in the vehicle, received critical injuries and died at the scene.

Two other male passengers aged 23 years and 19 years received serious injuries and were conveyed to Royal Perth Hospital by SJA WA.

The 22-year-old male driver received minor injuries and is undergoing medical treatment. He remains in police custody and is assisting with inquiries.

The home was unoccupied at the time of the crash.
