The State Training Board will be moving its website to the WA.gov.au platform.

As part of its commitment to delivering quality online services and information for its customers and stakeholders, from July this year the State Training Board website will move into WA.gov.au.

This change aligns with the Digital Strategy for the Western Australian Government 2021—2025, which establishes the strategic direction for WA government to deliver a more consistent online presence and more and better digital services. Since February 2018, the WA.gov.au platform has provided a whole-of-government digital services portal for Western Australia.

The move to the WA.gov.au platform will enable the Board to continue its focus on being responsive to the needs of the Western Australian community, and its employers and businesses, and ensuring WA has a quality vocational education and training system that enables people to develop skills and knowledge that support and meet the needs of industry.

The State Training Board will also continue keeping stakeholders informed about the strategies they are developing and implementing to support a vibrant and diversified economy with a broader range of industries and jobs.

The move for the State Training Board to the WA.gov.au platform will also assist customers and stakeholders to better connect with information, as well as to services and support available across all WA State Government agencies.

Key stakeholders and customers will be contacted individually with details regarding the website move.
