Officers from the Major Crash Investigation Section are investigating a serious traffic incident that occurred in Benjinup, near Boyup Brook, on the evening of Thursday, 26 June 2025.
 
About 5.15pm, a white Toyota Hilux utility was travelling in a southerly direction on Donnybrook-Boyup Brook Road, when the vehicle reportedly crossed to the incorrect side of the road, left the carriageway, and rolled multiple times before coming to a rest in a field.
 
A 66-year-old male passenger sustained serious injuries and was transported to Royal Perth Hospital for medical treatment. The 19-year-old driver was conveyed to Bunbury Regional Hospital with minor injuries.
