Road Safety Community Grant Program applications open

Groups, schools and organisations across WA are encouraged to become advocates of road safety in their local communities by participating in the Road Safety Community Grant Program

Grants are available in two categories to support either one-off community events up to $5,000 or the implementation of long-term sustainable projects up to $25,000 allocated by the State Government from the Road Trauma Trust Account.

Applications for event grants close on Friday, 30 October, while project grants close on Friday, 27 November - a little earlier than the usual three-month submission period due to Christmas.

Once submitted, applications are assessed by the Road Safety Community Grants Committee, which recommends a list for the Minister for Road Safety's consideration.

Please note all applicants must have an ABN number.
