WA Health has identified potential COVID-19 exposure locations after two people who recently arrived on flight VA470 from Brisbane to WA on Sunday 19 December tested positive to COVID-19.

The two people are currently in self-quarantine.

Other passengers from the flight must comply with existing quarantine arrangements as per WA’s border with Queensland and get tested under these requirements.

Anyone who has visited the listed exposure locations at the specified times and dates must monitor for symptoms of COVID-19, and get tested and self-isolate if they have symptoms. People are encouraged to regularly check the list of exposure locations as more sites are identified and added.

Western Australians are encouraged to stay vigilant and get tested immediately if they develop COVID-19 symptoms, and use SafeWA and mandatory contact registers to check in to businesses and venues.

A full list of testing clinics is available on the HealthyWA website (external link).
