National Volunteer Week is a chance for all of us to celebrate and recognise the vital work of volunteers and to say thank you.

The theme for 2024 is ‘Something for Everyone’, recognising the diverse passions and talents everyone brings to volunteering, and is an invitation to explore the myriad opportunities available to people who want to give volunteering a go.

Western Australia has one of the strongest volunteering cultures in Australia. Each year around 1.5 million Western Australians aged 15 years and over give their time for the good of the community.
