Officers from Road Policing Group North are seeking information regarding a traffic crash that occurred in Morley on Sunday, 6 October 2024.
Just after 10am, an Apollo Ghost E-scooter and a white van (pictured), collided on Mansell Street, approximately 20m prior to Thornton Street.
The 20-year-old male rider of the E-scooter sustained serious injuries and was conveyed to Royal Perth Hospital for treatment.
The female driver of the vehicle stopped briefly before driving away.
