News story
More than 70 new locations to open across regional WA for COVID-19 close contacts, who don't have symptoms, to collect free RATs.
Last updated:

Thousands more free RATs will be available for collection for close contacts, with no symptoms, across regional Western Australia from today.

RATs will be available for collection at more than 70 additional regional COVID-19 testing sites across the state, in the Great Southern, Kimberley, Mid West, Pilbara, South West and Wheatbelt regions.

To access free RATs at these locations, people who are a COVID-19 close contact with no symptoms are required to verbally confirm they are a close contact to access their 10 free RATs. They may also collect RATs for other close contacts in their household up to a maximum of 30 RATs.

Important: People should not attend any regional emergency departments to pick up RATs.

Visit the WA free RAT program page for more information and a list of pick up locations.
