The Energy Transformation Taskforce is pleased to announce that the Electricity Networks Access Code Amendments (No. 2) 2020 were gazetted today.
This is the largest package of changes to the Access Code since its inception in 2004, and seeks to:
- increase opportunities for new technologies;
- maximise utilisation of existing network infrastructure; and
- improves the access arrangement process.
The Taskforce would like to thank our stakeholders for their continued engagement and to acknowledge the time and resources that have been committed to help inform the extensive energy transformation that is underway.
