Officers from the Major Crash Investigation Section are seeking the public’s assistance for information relating to a fatal crash that occurred in Marble Bar on Monday, 31 March 2025.
About 5:50pm, a group of motorcycle riders were travelling on Marble Bar Road towards a mine site - when one of the motorcycles left the road and crashed.
The 57-year-old male rider sustained critical injuries and was given first aid by mine site medics, but sadly, he died at the scene.
