Detectives from the Sex Assault Squad and Serious Offender Enforcement Unit, have charged a 21-year-old man after a series of serious offences in the Whitfords and Padbury areas last night, 19 December 2024.
It will be alleged between 9.15pm and 10.30pm, the man was involved in the assault of a man at the Whitfords train station after a disturbance on a train; and the physical and sexual assault of woman in Padbury.
The 21-year-old man from High Wycombe has been charged with:
• Two counts of Breached a Post Sentence Supervision Order;
• Two counts of (Att) Aggravated Sexual Penetration without Consent;
• Three counts of Aggravated Sexual Penetration without Consent;
• One count of With Intent to Harm, Did Act Causing Bodily Harm.; and
• One count of Deprivation of Liberty in Circumstances of Aggravation.
He is due to appear before the Joondalup Magistrates Court today, 20 December 2024.
