Officers from the Major Crash Investigation Section are seeking information regarding a serious crash in Kenwick last night, Friday 3 January 2025.
About 7.50pm, a man, who is believed to be aged in his 50s, was riding a bicycle across Belmont Road when he was struck by a vehicle. The driver of the vehicle did not stop at the scene or render assistance to the man.
The man received serious injuries in the crash and was taken by St John WA to Royal Perth Hospital.
Major Crash investigators are seeking CCTV, dash-cam or mobile phone vision relating to this crash, or which captures any vehicles being driven in the Belmont Road, Stretton Road and surrounding area between 7:30pm and 8:30pm.
