Officers from the Major Crash Investigation Section are seeking information regarding a serious crash that occurred in Greenmount on Wednesday, 25 December 2024.

About 4.15pm, a grey Toyota Corolla hatchback and a silver Hyundai Santa Fe station wagon, collided on Great Eastern Highway, near Old York Road.

Two women (45 and 48), each a passenger in one of the vehicles, were conveyed by ambulance to Royal Perth Hospital with critical injuries.

The 48-year-old male driver, and two other passengers (17 and 10) of the Hyundai Santa Fe, were conveyed to hospital with serious injuries.  The 46-year-old male driver of the Toyota Corolla sustained minor injuries.

Major Crash investigators are urging anyone who saw the crash, or sighted the grey Toyota Corolla hatchback or the silvery Hyundai Santa Fe travelling in the area prior to the crash, or who has any information relating to this crash, to contact Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000 or online at www.crimestopperswa.com.au.
