Midland Police have charged a 17-year-old female with several offences following an evade police incident that occurred in Henley Brook on Tuesday, 29 July 2025.
About 3.05am, police attempted to stop a white BMW sedan on Drumpellier Drive where it will be alleged; the driver failed to stop and an evade police incident ensued.
It will be further alleged; the BMW was driven recklessly and at excessive speed through Caversham and Noranda before coming to a stop on Marshall Road in Bennett Springs, where the driver was taken into custody.
A 17-year-old female has been charged with:
• 1 x Driver of a Vehicle Failed to Comply with a Direction to Stop
• 1 x Reckless Driving to Escape Pursuit by Police
• 1 x No Authority to Drive (Never Held)
• 1 x Excess .05
• 1 x Possess Prohibited Drug
• 1 x Refused to Provide Personal Details to Police
Her bail was refused and she is next due to appear before the Perth Children’s Court on Tuesday, 29 July 2025.
