A priority in the Family and Domestic Violence - System Reform Plan 2024 – 2029 is to establish a dedicated family and domestic violence workforce entity to support a system-wide workforce.  

The Department of Communities is seeking to engage a consultant to assist with the co-design of a family and domestic violence workforce entity (the entity). The entity will support workforce development across Government, community sector and Aboriginal Community Controlled Organisations and will have a role in supporting implementation of the family and domestic violence workforce capability framework, which is a related action in the System Reform Plan.
