Stephen and Mike delivered 14 Equal Opportunity Law and Workplace Culture training sessions and one Equal Opportunity Essentials for Managers and Supervisors course to various groups from the City of Geraldton.

Feedback included, "(there were) lots of lightbulb moments, good for everyone to know," and " (the) presenters provide a great environment and can relate well to the audience."

Stephen said there was strong interest in learning about people's rights and responsibilities under the Equal Opportunity Act 1984, and how they related to workplace culture.

"People spend a lot of time at work, so it is in everyone's best interests to know how to make their workplace a pleasant place to be and how the law guides that," he said.
