Aggravated Burglary Charges - Landsdale

Joondalup Detectives have charged three people in relation to an aggravated burglary incident that occurred in Landsdale in March 2025.
 
It will be alleged, a 39-year-old man and a 43-year-old man forced entry into a residence in Landsdale.
 
Once inside, it will be alleged the men stole a quantity of high value property items before departing the address undetected.
 
About 7:30pm, Thursday 3 April 2025, Joondalup Detectives, with assistance from the Tactical Response Group, executed a search warrant at a residence in Landsdale.
 
As TRG officers were affecting entry through the front door of the premises, a firearm was discharged through an adjacent window, narrowly missing the officers.
 
The 39-year-old man was located inside and taken into custody. Nil persons were injured as a result of the incident. 
 
Three firearms were located and seized from within the premises.
 
The 39-year-old man from Landsdale was charged with:
1 x With Intent to Cause Grievous Bodily Harm or Prevent Arrest attempted to Strike any Person with a Projectile
1 x Aggravated Burglary and Commit on a Place
1 x Stealing
1 x Demanding Property by Oral Threats
1 x Conspiracy to Commit Indictable Offence
 
About 12:05am, Friday 4 April 2025, the 43-year-old man was arrested at a residence in Balcatta. 
 
The 43-year-old man from Balga was charged with:
1 x Aggravated Burglary and Commit on a Place
1 x Stealing
1 x Demanding Property by Oral Threat
 
During the search warrant at the Landsdale address, a 47-year-old woman was located allegedly in possession of some items stolen from the burglary incident that occurred in March. 
 
She has been charged with one count of ‘Receiving’.
 
The two men charged are due to appear before the Joondalup Magistrates Court on Friday 4 April 2025.
 
The 47-year-old woman from Landsdale is due to appear before the Joondalup Magistrates on Wednesday 23 April 2025.
 
The investigation remains ongoing.
