The Botanic Gardens and Parks Authority Regulations cover a wide range of issues to ensure visitor safety and to protect the managed lands and assets. Infringements are issued for breaches to the regulations and penalties may apply.
The infringement notice (including tickets and fines) must be paid within 28 days of issue (on or before the due date).
Refer to the car registration number and ticket number on your infringement notice. Your ticket number should be seven digits in total and begin with '00'. If you are referring to an infringement number, please enter the last seven digits only.
Allow three working days after infringement has been issued before making payment.
Payments methods for infringements:
- online by Mastercard or Visa
- telephone or fax our Customer Service Officer to pay by Mastercard or Visa Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm
- visit the Kings Park Administration Building, off Fraser Avenue in Kings Park during office hours between Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm to pay in person by cash, cheque, EFTPOS, Bankcard, Mastercard or Visa
- mail a cheque or money order made payable to the Botanic Gardens and Parks Authority to Botanic Gardens and Parks Authority Fraser Avenue KINGS PARK WA 6005
