Our Code of Conduct describes the standards of behaviour that all employees, contractors and volunteers must uphold. It reflects legislative and policy obligations to which we must adhere and affirms our utmost commitment to ethical public service.
Conduct, ethics and values
The public sector is built on a strong foundation of integrity where employees act ethically and public sector bodies promote and maintain integrity.
Public sector employees must comply with the Public Sector Code of Ethics. Read the Commissioner's Instruction 40: Ethical Foundations for more information.
