This workshop is suitable for WA Public Sector employees who already have some understanding of the community services procurement process.

You will gain practical skills and knowledge of developing plans and requests to support a successful procurement process including:
- Key procurement documents and how they fit into the community services procurement process
- How to develop a procurement plan, and essential activities for planning a community services procurement process
- How to develop a successful request for community services
- Different procurement methods and the scenarios in which each is appropriate
