Western Australian Apprenticeship Management System

The Western Australian Apprenticeship Management System (WAAMS) online client portal provides registered users with 24/7 online access to view and manage training contracts, and employer incentive / wage subsidy claims.
Last updated:

Through WAAMS, you can view and manage your training contracts, make changes to the training contract where required — including updating personal or organisation details, and also view and manage your employer incentives and/or wage subsidy claims.

WAAMS enables the digital submission of requests — either individually, or in bulk — resulting in much faster response times. In most cases, instant approval to requests made in the client portal is possible.

You can request a WAAMS portal account by contacting Apprenticeship Office on 13 19 54 or via email to apprenticeshipoffice@dtwd.wa.gov.au, or from the home page of WAAMS.

What services are available in WAAMS?

Services available through WAAMS include being able to:

  • update personal and/or employer details;
  • view your training contract/s;
  • request and submit changes to the training contract;
  • view, manage and claim certain employer financial incentives; and
  • download a copy of your trade certificate.

Other specialist services through WAAMS are available to employers, registered training organisations, and Australian Apprenticeship Support Network (AASN) providers.
