The Training and Accreditation Council (TAC) records its education program webinars that Registered Training Organisations (RTOs) can access to support compliance practices. The TAC Webinar Recordings and Resources page offers a comprehensive list of webinars currently available.

Under the Standards for Registered Training Organisations (RTOs) 2015 (Clause 2.3-2.4), RTOs are responsible for all services delivered under its registration by third parties. Where services are provided on a RTO's behalf, a written agreement is required and must be available upon request at audit. RTOs will need to continually notify TAC when entering into a new, or ending an arrangement.

This YouTube webinar explains the requirement concerning third party arrangements, their role in the VET sector and provides details on what an RTO must consider when they engage third parties.
