The RTO is ultimately responsible for ensuring quality training and assessment within their organisation and scope of registration. This goes well beyond the quality of training and assessment to include all aspects of the RTO’s operations.
This YouTube webinar provides guidance to RTOs on developing and maintaining a continuous improvement ethos and process consistent with Standard 2 Clauses 2.1 and 2.2 of the Standards for Registered Training Organisations (RTOs) 2015.
