Prospecting and exploration activities approved under a Programme of Work (PoW) must be rehabilitated within the timeframe stipulated by the relevant tenement condition unless otherwise approved in writing by an Environmental Officer.
Rehabilitation reports should be submitted to DEMIRS and include both before and after photographs (including a significant landmark) with captions detailing location, date and a brief description of the content of the photograph.
